Overview

For a prestigious multinational company we are looking for a Human Resources Director– France to lead and optimize HR operations at the national level. This strategic role ensures service quality and alignment with both regional and global HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing HR team (10+ people), set clear objectives, support talent development, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee all HR processes (from hire to retire), ensure compliance with local and global standards, manage HR project deployment, handle employee relations, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Support business unit strategies related to performance, talent management, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement local programs focused on learning and employee well-being.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: University degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 7–10 years in HR, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within complex, multi-activity environments.
  • Expertise: Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and stakeholder management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to make strategic decisions, enhance HR services, and lead teams. Fluent written and spoken English and French are essential.
