Overview

HR Generalist – Manufacturing | Jonestown, PA
Type: 6-Month Contract | Location: Hybrid

We’re hiring a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations in Jonestown. This 6-month contract role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation who can hit the ground running and support a wide range of HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Assist with recruitment, performance management, and training coordination
  • Maintain HRIS data and employee records
  • Collaborate with plant leadership on workforce planning and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Pay Details

$28.00 to $32.00 per hour
