• Payroll (strong technical knowledge on detailed process, enabling external payroll partner audit as required)
• Benefits Management, and liaising with external partners
• French Labor Compliance
• Immigration support (processes, documents, liaising with external lawyers, and authorities)
• On Boarding
• Off Boarding
• Performance Appraisal
• Goal Setting
• Competencies Matrices
• Delivering Training in English
• Support VP People with Training contents structuring
• HR Analytics (HR KPI’s)

• In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Collaborative attitude
• Excellent communication skills, especially in Diverse Environments
• Problem solving focus; building bridges attitude
• Focused on the big picture, but paying attention to details
• Understanding of organizational changes and transformation in scaling up businesses; Organizational wise savvy

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in HR Roles
• Comfortable working in multicultural and multinational environments
• Impeccable English (both written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor or Master in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Experience in executing payroll processes and liaising with external payroll partners
• Experience in benefits management and liaising with external partners
• Experience with immigration processes and liaising with external parties
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Experience with performance appraisals, goal setting, and competencies matrices
• Experience delivering training in English and supporting training content structuring
• HR analytics experience (HR KPIs)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
