  • Report on key performance metrics and strategic insights to senior management.
Who are you?
Education
  • University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages
  • Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
  • You are located in the European Union.
Experience and Skills
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in marketing or product management and this within the HVAC or building technology industry.
  • You have worked on an international HQ level. You have experience with defining global product strategies and has helped your team for their local implementation of it.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
