Qualifications

Description du poste

The Head of Solution Engineering leads the team of Solution Engineers responsible for delivering technical expertise and strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role is pivotal in aligning customer needs with the companys product capabilities ensuring that tailored high-impact solutions are delivered to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a consequence your main responsibilities will be to :

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Engineers
• Oversee technical discovery solution design and pilot execution on the dedicated area
• Optimize pre-sales processes tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and conversion rates
• Monitor through relevant KPIs the activity
• For biggest clients build lead and federate teams around pre-sales projects from beginning to end : definition of clients needs RFP implementation project lead etc.
• Ensure that the team is continuously and properly trained on new solutions and processes

Qualifications :

• 8 years of experience in solution engineering pre-sales or technical consulting with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead distributed technical teams in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture APIs and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent french and english. A third language would be a plus.
• Experience in retail tech AI / ML or IoT platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Jira Figma or similar.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
