We’re looking for a candidate with:
Sales Experience: you have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, technology or financial services. Experience selling complex solutions—such as virtual data rooms, cloud platforms, or secure document management systems—is a strong plus.
Governance & Industry Knowledge: experience with governance solutions, especially board management portals or boardroom software, is highly valued. You’ll ideally also be familiar with industries that might use virtual data rooms, such as M&A, legal, real estate, private equity, or finance.
Consultative & Relationship Sales Approach: you know how to dig into a customer’s real needs and tailor your approach accordingly. Your focus on building value and long-term relationships, not just pitching features.

Skilled Negotiator: you know how to navigate pricing, terms, and contracts in a way that closes deals and builds long-term trust and relationships.
Tools & Processes: you’ve used CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipelines, manage leads, and report on performance.
Driven & Self-Sufficient: you’re highly motivated by targets, self-motivated, and used to working independently as well as collaboratively.
