ZEBOX is a global accelerator gathering a network of entrepreneurs, industry leaders and ecosystem experts, paving new paths toward sustainability. ZEBOX provides a unique set of programs, resources, and opportunities, enabling its community to develop the sustainable solutions of tomorrow, starting with transportation, logistics, energy, and more.

ZEBOX was initiated in 2018 by Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions.

ZEBOX aims to support the most ambitious innovations on behalf of the CMA CGM Group's business sectors and its partners, in order to address three major challenges:

  • Improve Environmental Performance: Reduce and address the impact of activities on the planet.
  • Increase Competitiveness: Offer the use of cross-cutting technologies (AI, robotics, optics, nanosatellites, drones, SMR, digital twins, etc.) to stay ahead of competitors, optimize processes, and achieve gains/savings.
  • Promote Workplace Well-being and Safety: Enhance employee productivity by providing tools, services, and innovations suited to their work environment, and ensure their health/safety/security.

To meet these challenges, ZEBOX deploys four levels of services:

  • Innovation Sourcing: Identify innovative solutions that meet the needs of the Group and its Partners.
  • Co-Innovation: Facilitate the transfer of innovations between the Startup/Scale-up ecosystem and the CMA CGM Group and its Partners.
  • Promotion and Visibility: Advocate for the CMA CGM Group and its Partners as proponents and promoters of innovations through participation in international trade shows, competitions, events, etc.
  • Support for Innovative Companies: Provide a growth support program for Startups and Scale-ups to mature their innovations and implement them within the CMA CGM Group and its Partners, including welcoming them to the 6 international hubs.

To serve the objectives of this last level of services, ZEBOX is seeking a collaborator or future collaborator.

ZEBOX performs this support work for the benefit of the growth of innovative companies within its Club, aiming to mature the supported innovations considering their potential for collaboration with the CMA CGM Group’s business sectors and ZEBOX’s Partners.

YOUR MISSION

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for designing and executing ZEBOX’s partnership strategy with industrial, institutional, and financial stakeholders. This role ensures that value is created for both the startups supported by ZEBOX and its corporate ecosystem. Acting as a key connector, the Head of Partnerships strengthens global co-innovation initiatives and aligns partner interests with ZEBOX’s strategic ambitions.

SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aggregate new corporate partners to ZEBOX Community
    Proactively identify and engage potential partners through ZEBOX’s ecosystem and Steering Committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Guide candidates through the partnership journey, from initial engagement to the establishment of long-term collaborations. Lead discussions to formalize strategic agreements, ensuring well-structured commitments and effective follow-up to maximize mutual value creation.
  • High-Level Relationships with Partners
    Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Position ZEBOX as a central catalyst for innovation and co-creation
  • Industrial Committees
    Drive and structure Industrial Committees, bringing together partners, experts, and startups to identify needs, share insights, and co-define innovation roadmaps.
  • Support Club Startups in unlocking business opportunities

By facilitating connections with ZEBOX corporate partners. Enable growth through “sell-to” collaborations as well as “sell-through” models, leveraging third-party partnerships when relevant, in coordination with ZEBOX.

  • Major Corporate ZEBOX Events
    Lead the organization of Partner Days across all ZEBOX hubs worldwide (Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa, Caribbean) to foster visibility, engagement, and collaborative innovation
  • B2B Relationships
    Facilitate business connections and B2B opportunities between corporate partners and startups, driving high-value collaborations.
