Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, business-driven, and highly hands-on Head of Marketing to own and execute our global marketing strategy across Europe, United States and Canada.

This role is central to our growth, with a strong focus on acquisition, product/content marketing and collaboration with the Sales team. You will take full ownership of marketing for our full product portfolio, with a particular focus on driving growth and adoption of our flagship product, CarCutter.

You will operate at the intersection of marketing execution, revenue impact, and product storytelling, working daily with Sales, Product, and Leadership. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership and direct influence on company performance, especially in accelerating growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Business Impact

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy across EU and US, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and business outcomes.
  • Own and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and clear ROI tracking.
  • Act as a true business partner to Sales, with a strong sales-led mindset.

Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing (Core Focus)

  • Enhance the paid strategy end-to-end (SEO/SEM, paid search, paid social, performance channels), with a strong focus on scalability and fast iteration.
  • Drive acquisition and pipeline generation, with particular attention to accelerating growth in our key market.
  • Monitor performance, optimize funnels, and continuously improve CAC, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Product Marketing & Content (Hands-on)

  • Take full ownership of product marketing for the entire product portfolio, with a particular focus on CarCutter.
  • Define positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market narratives in close collaboration with Product and Sales.
  • Be personally hands-on in producing and shaping key assets: product pages, messaging frameworks, sales decks, and high-impact content.
  • Ensure strong alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and commercial messaging.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales teams (35 sales people, split 50/50 between US and Europe).
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, case studies, product narratives.
  • Align closely on lead quality, pipeline performance, and market feedback.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a Paris-based marketing team of 3, covering:
    • Social & Events
    • Paid Strategy
    • Design
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, fast delivery and execution excellence.
  • Balance delegation with hands-on contribution where it matters most.
Profile & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, combining hands-on execution with 1–2 years of team management experience. Exposure to international markets (US and Europe) is a strong plus; experience working in the US is helpful.
  • Automotive industry exposure is a plus, particularly dealerships.
  • Strong experience in performance-driven marketing with a clear focus on paid acquisition and measurable business impact.
  • Experience in product marketing (positioning, messaging, go-to-market).
  • Strong appetite for leveraging technology and AI tools to optimize marketing performance and workflows.
Leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within small, high-impact teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales, Revenue and Product teams, with a strong understanding of pipeline, conversion, and growth metrics.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments, managing multiple priorities without losing focus on impact.
Skills & Mindset
  • Highly hands-on: able to think strategically while also executing, producing content, launching campaigns, and iterating quickly.
  • Strong business and analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Solid expertise in digital marketing, including paid acquisition (SEO/SEM), content, and social channels.
  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic, with a strong focus on execution and results.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
