Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in destination management, tourism, or hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive destination management strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with local governments and organizations.
• Oversee development of marketing campaigns for tourism promotion.
• Identify opportunities to improve the visitor experience.
• Monitor tourism trends and feedback.
• Promote environmentally responsible practices.
