Recruitment process 📅 1) The process begins with an interview with Arthur, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to discuss the role, your motivations, and how you align with Younited’s values and culture (30 min),2) This is followed by an interview with Arthur Marais, Finance Director, and Daniel, Head of Accounting, for a deeper discussion about the position (1h),3) Next, you’ll have one week to prepare a technical case study focused on IFRS and consolidation, and then present your approach during a dedicated session (1h),4) You’ll meet several members of your future team for an informal discussion to ensure mutual fit and collaboration (1h),5) Finally, the process concludes with a closing conversation with Xavier, Deputy CEO & Group CFO (30 min). We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
