Description du poste

We're looking for a Hardware Product Manager to cover during a maternity leave.

Start Date : End of August / Early September 2025 (to be confirmed).

Contract : Freelance or CDD (approx. 5 months). 4 days / week.

The role encompasses our entire perineal probes product line, including our best-selling device. You will own both hardware and software aspects, managing two successful products already on the market and driving the development of two more in progress.

Your missions

• Understand the market and customer needs by engaging with users through interviews and feedback sessions. Conduct user research to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Define OKRs and roadmap based on insights and company objectives, prioritizing actions to maximize impact on NPS.
• Oversee hardware and software development sprints, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent product experience. Adopt lean methodologies for faster iterations.
• Utilize our data platform to gather insights, monitor performance, and measure impact through A/B tests, making data-driven decisions for product improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams, gather insights, motivate team members, and communicate product plans and results to stakeholders.
