Guard Force Commander (GFC) (G)
Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct guard operations daily under the guidance of DS/RSO.
2. Plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations.
3. Ensure all guard personnel are aware of and follow all post and general orders.
4. Coordinate with PRS leadership.

Qualifications:

Bio approval requirements:

1. Must be a U.S. citizen or TCN, as specified in the TO.
2. Demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
3. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (E-6 or above) or equivalent law enforcement/armed guard supervisory experience.

1. Experience in physical security, access control, and force protection, similar in scope to the TO requirements.
2. Experience can be from federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial armed guard services with skills matching those outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2.

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience.
2. Attend and complete a supervisory course as per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1.

Pre-employment requirements:

1. Complete the guard training course outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2.
2. U.S. citizen and TCN guards must qualify with specified weapons as per the TO and re-qualify as needed.
3. Obtain and maintain necessary security clearances or vetting.
4. Complete the Physical Readiness Test at 65% performance level and maintain fitness.
5. No travel impediments to dangerous or unhealthy countries or the assigned countries.
