We serve more than 500 customers across Retail, Real Estate, Cities, and Electric Vehicles (EV Connect) across Europe, helping them expand their businesses, analyze or predict investment performance, understand customer behaviors, and benchmark results against competitors.

Backed by a €30M Series B fundraising round in November 2022 and strengthened by the strategic acquisition of Geoblink in January 2024, MyTraffic is Europe’s leading location intelligence platform. In 2026, we will launch an AI-powered product and redefine our go-to-market strategy around a strong Product-Led Growth approach. MyTraffic teams work across project timelines to ensure comprehensive and effective solutions.

🎯 The Role

This is a 6-month freelance mission, starting as soon as possible, to cover a maternity leave, with on-site presence required 4 days per week at our offices (75010).

The marketing team includes a Growth Partnership Manager, an Event Manager, and a Paid & Organic Growth team responsible for content, paid acquisition, and organic growth. You will lead the Paid & Organic Growth team, work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and partner directly with the CMO to accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and brand impact. You will drive MyTraffic’s growth by managing and optimizing our B2B marketing channels (organic and paid).

Key Responsibilities & Missions
  • Lead, manage, and support the Growth team, ensuring operational continuity and performance.
  • Run and execute the global growth marketing strategy, aligning with business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Your missions include:
    • Paid acquisition: managing Google Ads in collaboration with Webloom (external agency) and exploring new paid channels such as Instagram.
    • Organic growth: driving performance across LinkedIn, the website, Reddit, Wikipedia, newsletters, and customer testimonials (in collaboration with our Growth Content Manager).
    • Branding: strengthening Mytraffic’s brand positioning and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
    • Marketing enablement: designing and maintaining “marketing packages” to support sales and growth initiatives.
  • Define, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure strong alignment and efficient collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns using data and insights.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or B2B Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and guiding a marketing team.
  • Solid understanding of acquisition channels and growth levers.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Fluent in French and English.
