We're a small startup that's taken on a big challenge - disjointed data in sales and marketing teams. We have the traction, the funds, the experience, and the ambition to build a great data integration tool and a great company.Are you the growth marketer we’re looking for?

What you’ll be working on:

• Leading and executing a growth marketing strategy, including but not limited to partner marketing, performance marketing, engineering-as-marketing and growth hacking.
• Analyzing marketing data and analytics to steer activities.
• Work both independently and closely together with Head of Marketing.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, at least one big accomplishment to show and a desire to achieve much more.
• Has deep knowledge in performance marketing, growth marketing or engineering-as-marketing.
• Can establish growth hypotheses, prioritize and runexperiments, analyze data and capture lessons learned.
• Appreciates the (sometimes messy) collaborative and fast-paced startup work environment.
• Is eager to keep learning.
