A leading automotive technology group is seeking an engineering student to contribute to R&D processes and enhance mobility solutions. You will support monitoring KPIs and engage in improving development processes. Ideal candidates are in their 3rd year or higher, possess automotive experience, and have strong English skills. Group R&D’s activities are divided into three workstreams :
Lean Organization: Increase cooperation and optimize hourly rates and structure costs.
Lean Design: Share best practices and reduce the effort required to develop our products.
Engaged Talents: Support and develop the R&D community to prepare FORVIA's R&D organization for the future.
Pioneers in technologies enhancing mobility experiences that matter to you.
Support dashboard consistency and convergence between business groups on process progress KPIs.
Participate in improving R&D development processes and make them leaner.
Take part in the massification of R&D IT by reviewing digital tools and processes with business groups, comparing and benchmarking them. Together with BG (Business Group) engineering and GIT (Group Information Technology) :
Confirm the Digital and AI R&D roadmap and take part in its execution.
Monitor progress in deploying R&D initiatives.
Contribute to R&D network coordination by supporting the preparation of R&D events.
