Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team is seeking a Global Tech – ERP Forecast to Stock Expert (Warehouse Management). Leap is a major transformation program focused on designing and building a future-proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group. The Tech expert will play a key role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, developed, and implemented, with deep expertise in the related functional scope from a technology angle.

Responsibilities
  • As an expert of ERP WMS Solution:
  • Design: contribute to documenting user stories and related detailed specifications, including processes, data mapping, interfaces, reports, forms & workflows. Secure convergence (standardization & harmonization) while fostering automation and insights-driven activities.
  • Build & Test: in relation to design activities, contribute to documenting use cases, test scripts & data sets. Articulate testing to ensure end-to-end (E2E) integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Training & Roll Out: contribute to documenting training materials and driving training activities. Contribute to rollout plans and production activities listing & realization.
  • Post go live: support post go-live activities within the functional & technical domains.
  • Project Management: report on activities within Program Management, anticipate deviations per the RICEFW plan, identify risks and mitigation plans. Ensure delivery on time, with quality and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business school.
  • Proven experience in WMS / ERP and/or SAP technology.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the field, including:
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry in warehouse management.
  • Extensive experience in the technical area.
  • Extensive experience of delivery and large-scale implementations.
  • Technology savvy in relevant modules (Forecast to Stock – Warehouse ERP).
  • Fluent in English; French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory.
