Job Description:

You will play a key role in communicating global HR initiatives across the company, supporting the three HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Performance & International Mobility, Talent, Systems, Strategy & Services). You will act as a bridge between the HR community and the Internal Communications team to ensure consistency and impact of messaging.

Main Responsibilities

• Support HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Data & Strategy) in designing and deploying strategic communication plans and toolkits.
• Coordinate global roll‑out of HR communications.
• Organize internal events related to company culture and employee engagement, in collaboration with the DE&I team.
• Manage and update HR content on internal and external platforms.
• Prepare and lead quarterly global HR webcasts.
• Collaborate closely with the global communications team on all HR‑related topics.

Profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within HR.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and website management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
