You will assist in implementing the Compliance Plan and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in compliance or audit, a strong understanding of the insurance landscape, and is fluent in English. This role requires collaboration across geographies and a commitment to fostering a compliance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Compliance, Audit or Risk in a regulated environment.
• Ability to travel to oversee local programs.
• Strong understanding of Insurance products and distribution models.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt in fast-changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing and sustaining the compliance function across AXA Partners.
• Ensure delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.
• Drive compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring and assessing compliance risks.
• Lead or support Special Projects as required.
