We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a talented and commercially minded Fund Financing Lawyer / Acquisition Finance to join its high-performing Banking & Finance team.

You will play a key role in advising banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporates on the structuring and execution of complex acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, often across multiple jurisdictions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile and complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions in the market, advising a diverse range of clients including private equity sponsors, investment banks, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers.

This is an exciting opportunity to advise top-tier asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions on a wide variety of fund finance structures and acquisition finance.

You’ll be part of a growing and dynamic team that is highly ranked in legal directories, with significant exposure to complex, cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation for finance transactions
• Advising on fund structures and collateral packages
• Advising on Mezzanine finance, high yield etc
• Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
• Supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees

About You

• Qualified solicitor in France / Paris
• [3-9] years’ PQE with a focus on fund finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, or banking law
• Strong commercial awareness and client service orientation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
