Full Cycle Account Executive (French and English Speaking)

Paris, Paris, France

As a Full Cycle Account Executive focused on new business in the French region, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging high-value clients in the Hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a direct sales environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will understand the business challenges of potential clients and deliver tailored solutions that create impact and close deals effectively.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Prospecting and identifying new business - primarily through telephone and email communication, and booking demos of our software to prospective leads.
  • Qualifying leads and assessing their needs to determine the best Lightspeed solution.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and to share market insights.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
