The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL is an affiliate of Greencroft Communities in Goshen, IN.

We’re looking for an energetic Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Windsor Court, our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Savoy, IL. In this role you’ll be the go-to person. You will greet residents and guests, handle emergency situations, and support our management team with a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll be at the heart of our community, making a difference every day!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekend coverage on occasion.

Pay Range: $15.42 - $24.99

Benefits: This is a full-time on-site position and is eligible for medical/vision/dental benefits, 403b, life insurance and various ancillary options.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet residents, families, and guests with a warm welcome and direct them around the campus
  • Answer phones, take messages, and handle calls with top-notch customer service
  • Assist with resident requests and connect them to services they need
  • Manage systems like pharmacy pick-ups, dry cleaning, and transportation schedules
  • Be the first point of contact during emergency situations, ensuring residents are safe
  • Support the extended management team by providing clerical support. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with billing, printing daily activity flyers, printing daily menus, assembling marketing packets and other duties as assigned.
  • Perform housekeeping and light maintenance duties as needed in Windsor Court
  • Assist with Resident Service Assistant duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • A friendly, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills
  • Associate’s degree or one year experience in an office/customer service environment
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency and high-pressure situations
  • Must be able to pass preemployment screening, including a drug screen
