Responsibilities
  • Daily contact with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Identify and seize sales opportunities.

  • Consult with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Use client data to offer custom recommendations.
  • Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers aimed at increasing customer revenue.
  • Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and sales activities.
  • Regularly gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our advertising products.
Qualifications
  • French C2
  • English B2 minimum
