Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Représentant du Service Client Francophone basé à Lisbonne ou Porto, pour offrir un soutien exceptionnel à ses clients francophones. Vous aurez pour responsabilité de gérer les demandes, de résoudre les problèmes rapidement et d'assurer une expérience positive pour chaque client. Ce poste exige une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication. Un package de relocalisation est proposé pour les candidats hors de Portugal.
