What Youll Be Doing
  • Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot technical and service issues (don't worry, we provide full training)
  • Collaborate with a friendly, international team and learn from experienced mentors
  • Maintain accurate customer records to ensure top-quality service
Who You Are
  • Native-level French speaker (C2)
  • Confident English speaker (B2 level or higher)
  • Great communicator with a positive mindset
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Already living in Greece or ready to relocate
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus—but not required
