About The Opportunity

We are currently hiring French C2 speakers for multiple international projects based in Lisbon and Porto.
This is a general application: candidates will be matched to a specific project after interviews, based on profile, experience, and project needs.

Possible roles include:

• Customer Support
• Technical Support
• Content Moderation
• Sales

Requirements

• French: C2 level (mandatory)
• English: minimum B2 level
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work in an international, fast-paced environment

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (On‑site & remote positions)

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary (same for all projects):

• €950 gross/month (without company accommodation)
• €776 gross/month (with company-provided accommodation)

Additional benefits include:

• Meal allowance (€7/day)
• Holiday and Christmas allowances (paid monthly – 13th & 14th salary included)
• Performance-based bonus scheme (details discussed during interviews)

Relocation Package (Fully Supported):

• Full-time contract (40h/week, 2 days off)
