Responsibilities
1. Retail Strategy & Execution
  • Localize and implement Xiaomi's global retail strategy in the French market across retail partners (operators, mass retail, specialized chains).
  • Define and execute offline business plans, channel expansion strategies, and annual targets.
2. Channel Management
  • Lead and manage key partnerships with retail chains, operators, distributors, and other B2B channels.
  • Drive channel sales performance, ensure efficient sell‑in / sell‑out processes, and optimize product coverage and availability.
3. Retail Operations & Excellence
  • Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations including merchandising, VM, training, and customer service quality.
  • Implement retail SOPs and monitor compliance across all stores and partners.
4. Team Management
  • Lead, build, and develop the channel retail team including regional managers, field force, trainers, and promoters.
  • Foster a performance‑driven culture through clear KPIs, coaching, and development plans.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on GTM plans, campaign execution, and stock management.
  • Act as a key liaison between the French retail team and HQ for reporting and strategy alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail / channel management within the consumer electronics or smartphone industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale channel retail networks and sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the French retail landscape and key accounts.
  • Experience in leading store opening projects, retail training programs, and channel development strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
