Position Title: FP&A Manager

Position Type: Regular - Full-Time

At McCain we are committed to sustainable growth and shaping the future of food. We are looking for an analytical FP&A Manager to join our EMENA Financial Planning & Analysis team for Continental. This strategic role will support the Leadership Team with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business performance. You will also play a key role in transforming the FP&A function by driving automation, digitalization, and process efficiency, helping to build a modern and future-ready finance organization. You will report to the EMENA FP&A Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business cycles processes including budgeting, monthly reviews, forecasting, long-range planning.
  • Support month-end close activities, working with accounting teams as needed to ensure an accurate and timely financial close.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis providing insights to stakeholders including the regional Executive Leadership Team.
  • Translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies to support sustainable growth and margin improvement.
  • Work closely with Business Units in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems by leveraging technology and automation where possible.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs, automated reporting systems to track progress on the Region key priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accountability, performance management, and operational efficiency.
About You
  • Bachelors degree in finance, management, accounting, economics, mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements analysis techniques and key metrics
  • Proven ability to distill complex analyses into actionable recommendations and build effective business partnerships
  • Exceptional analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • You are fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders; autonomy, precision, and the ability to see the bigger picture are essential
  • Ability to drive initiatives in automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning will be highly valued
