A global financial services firm in Paris is offering an internship for a Global Compliance Intern. You will assist in regulatory assessments, compliance frameworks, and conduct a regulatory watch on pertinent laws. The ideal candidate should pursue or hold a master's in law, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in French and English. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the compliance field within a reputable firm.

Qualifications

• Preferably holding a master's degree in law, with a focus on financial regulation.
• Certification in compliance, regulatory, and/or AML CFT matters is a plus.
• Prior experience in compliance within an asset management company/AIFM is a plus.

As a Global Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Global Compliance Officer, you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands‑on experience in compliance‑related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting regulatory watch on laws and regulations relevant to Five Arrows
• Assisting with regulatory assessments (regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting memos)
• Supporting the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows Compliance frameworks (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.)
• Contributing to the preparation of reports and assisting in the follow‑up of specific Group and Five Arrows compliance transversal projects

Candidate Profile

• Preferably holding a master’s degree in law (or currently pursuing one), preferably with a focus on financial regulation
• Certification in compliance, regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset
• Prior experience in compliance within an asset management Company/AIFM is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both French and English is required
