Description du poste

We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the accounting for several condominium properties, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and schedules.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring payments of condominium fees
• Recording and processing invoices related to property management mandates
• Preparing heating accounts
• Closing accounts, preparing balance sheets and income statements, as well as tax certificates and energy tracking
• Handling accounting transfers for new mandates
• Communicating with co-owners and collaborating with property managers
• Participating in meetings with auditors

Your work environment:

• You will be part of a team of 4 people
• You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 50 to 60 condominiums, out of a total of 250 mandates managed by the team

Your profile:

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate accounting or fiduciary services in Switzerland
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a pragmatic mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility during accounting closing periods
• Proficiency in French and standard office software; knowledge of Abacus is a plus
