A leading technology firm is seeking a Field Application Engineer Intern to support the deployment of their Spatial Intelligence solutions for public spaces. The intern will assist with installations, manage customer feedback, and prepare on-site demonstrations. Ideal candidates are Master degree students in engineering with fluency in English and knowledge in robotics or 3D. This role offers valuable experience at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Master degree student from an Engineering School or University equivalent.
• Knowledge in robotics and 3D are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Help with installation at customer site.
• Diagnose, investigate and manage customer feedback.
• Write detailed application notes.
• Reproduce and qualify customer bugs.
• Provide feedback to improve the Outsight solution.
• Use internal tools to process raw data.
• Prepare on-site demo for customers.
