Vous devrez identifier des clients, analyser leurs besoins et négocier des contrats dans un environnement dynamique. Le poste est basé en Home Office et nécessite des déplacements fréquents. Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en vente B2B dans l'industrie.
• Confiant avec les outils CRM et la suite MS Office.
• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et orientée client.

Responsabilités

• Identifier des clients potentiels par acquisition directe et salons.
• Analyser les besoins des clients et établir des partenariats à long terme.
• Collaborer avec l'ingénieur d'avant-vente pour créer des propositions sur mesure.
• Négocier des contrats et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de revenus.
• Organiser de manière indépendante votre emploi du temps de voyage.

Responsabilités

• You identify potential customers through direct acquisition, lead processing, and trade shows
• You analyze customer needs and build long-term partnerships
• You collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineer to create tailored proposals
• You negotiate contracts and ensure revenue and margin targets are met
• You independently and efficiently organize your travel schedule (approx. 50% of your working time)

Votre profil

• Your background : A technical or business degree with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industry (e.g. mechanical engineering, packaging industry), or equivalent practical experience
• Your language skills : Fluent in German, English, and French (C1 / C2 level)
• Your IT skills : Confident with CRM tools, MS Office suite, and digitally savvy
• Your working style : Independent, persuasive, structured, team-oriented, and customer-focused
