A global energy services company in Nanterre is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Brand Director. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in administrative support. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and providing finance support. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office Suite are essential. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role as part of this dynamic brand team.
