A global energy services company in Nanterre is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Brand Director. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in administrative support. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and providing finance support. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office Suite are essential. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in executive assistance and coordination.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

Overview

Our brand team brings together around 40 talented people with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including business market support, knowledge management, environment, technical and innovation and communications. We provide strategic guidance to a global network of business units.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role as part of this dynamic brand team.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to the Brand Director
  • Calendar, meeting management
  • Travels arrangement: booking, visa application, coordination with travel agency
  • Office operations: stationery supplies, catering, general logistics
  • Newcomers Onboarding
  • Meeting support, preparation, minutes and follow-up
  • Finance support, Overhead costs follow up
  • Licenses & Contracts management
  • HR Administrative / trainings follow up
  • Coordination with other support functions (IT, Accounting…), other teams and network
  • Internal events coordination
Profil demandé / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2-3 years of higher education) in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • 5 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, administrative support
  • English language fluent, other languages a plus
  • Multitasking, agile, and autonomous, with strong ability to manage priorities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Powerpoint
