Our client, a leading, high-growth enterprise based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. Based in our modern Dubai office, this senior position requires a strategic and proactive professional to manage both business and personal affairs, ensuring seamless execution of a wide range of responsibilities.

The role is ideal for an individual with a proven history of supporting a C-level executive or high-profile principal, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects and act as a trusted partner. The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy and will be responsible for a portfolio of confidential and high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee a variety of complex personal and business projects from conception through to completion, including but not limited to property acquisitions, large-scale renovations, and significant event organization.
  • Manage substantial budgets, conduct necessary due diligence, and coordinate with external consultants such as legal, financial, and architectural experts.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop robust plans to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Executive Operations & Strategic Support
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO, managing correspondence and prioritizing engagements to optimize the CEO's time and strategic focus.
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials, conduct research, and synthesize information to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all professional commitments.
  • Perform sophisticated calendar management, coordinating complex international and local travel and ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly managed.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all communications are handled with professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with important contacts, serving as a reliable proxy for the CEO as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a dedicated support role for a C-Suite executive, Founder, or UHNW Principal.
  • Demonstrated experience in personally managing a portfolio of complex and sensitive projects.
  • Exceptional ability to structure and manage multifaceted tasks, with a strong understanding of timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Absolute discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern productivity and technology tools, including experience leveraging AI platforms to increase efficiency.
  • A proactive and resourceful professional who takes ownership of outcomes and operates with minimal supervision.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, combined with a high level of emotional intelligence to navigate complex professional relationships effectively.
