MUFG's Leveraged Capital Markets team is responsible for the origination and execution of high-yield bond and leveraged loan transactions. This includes both underwritten and best efforts transactions for corporate and sponsor-owned clients across EMEA.
The team is part of MUFG's Capital Markets platform and is currently based in London. Consistent with MUFG's wider Leveraged Finance growth strategy, the team is expanding and setting up a presence in Paris.
The objective of EU DSG is to develop a sustainable, client-focused business providing our Corporate and Financial Sponsor clients with fixed income derivative-based solutions to help them achieve their risk management objectives.
