Director of Channel and Distribution Sales

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Channel and Distribution Sales in France. In this role, you will lead the expansion and optimization of a European distribution network for advanced engineering simulation software. You will drive market growth by developing strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors, enabling them to succeed while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. This position requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic sales expertise, and relationship management skills to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, monitor market trends, and negotiate partnership agreements. Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth, brand visibility, and the company’s competitive position in the automotive, aerospace, and engineering sectors. The role offers autonomy, cross‑functional collaboration, and opportunities to represent the company at industry events.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distributor strategy to grow market presence across Europe
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic distribution partners, providing training, enablement, and performance support
  • Define KPIs and monitor distributor performance to drive sales and revenue growth
