We are looking for a fluent English speaking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and strategy team. This is a senior executive role for the entity.

Your mission

Represent within Management team the innovation & strategy (3 to 10 years horizon).

Member of management team, you strengthen Murata’s position in the dynamic international market with the next breakthrough / fractal Innovation (incremental innovation).

Your mission includes

• Steer the strategy analysis and technology roadmap of Murata Integrated Passive entity, together with Product Division and Headquarter
• Drive advanced R&D teams Front-End and Back-End in line with technological roadmaps and identified future markets
• Define and coordinate collaborative projects, in line with major national & european programs (e.g. IPCEI microlectronics)
• Represent Murata Europe in key european innovation bodies
• Manage Intellectual Property
• Act as a link between Murata Group\'s innovation activities (Intelligence team) and partnership opportunities with third parties (institutes, laboratories, innovative SMEs and startups) in Europe

In your senior executive role, you will report directly to the General Manager.

Your background

Engineering degree + MBA

10 to 15 years-experience in international & multi-cultural environment

Ideally with experience in the semi-conductor or electronics, in marketing and / or technical management

Fluent in French & English
