Job Description

You will join the team of the Network Development and Partnerships Division as a Regional Director.

Responsibilities

In your daily activities, your missions will be to :

  • Focus on lobbying and market animation (professional, large / high professional, GP, SMEs) and sectors (health, banking, judiciary, innovation, agriculture / viticulture); negotiate ambitious objectives and commercial action plans with market management, while leading client meetings and mobilizing collaborators and BP experts;
  • Contribute to the visibility of Natixis Interépargne (NIE) among institutions, particularly in relation to other subsidiaries and producers of the Group;
  • Coordinate the mobilization of the right skills from NIE (Major Accounts, Business Development Pole, Marketing and Digital Offer Department, etc.) for the institutions under your responsibility;
  • Carry out any representation mission for NIE with networks and economic and financial sectors in the relevant area;
  • Monitor the strategies and governance of institutions while ensuring compliance of files (agreements, amendments, etc.);
  • Train, animate, and motivate the sales force, as well as oversee results, track, and communicate key performance indicators.

As a Regional Director, you are responsible for achieving the objectives across all markets in your territory, with the assistance of a Business Manager if the territory's development requires it.

You will work in an international environment within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they do.
