Snipe RH is supporting a fast-growing, independent European company operating an integrated industrial model with strong operational intensity.

The company evolves in a high-volume, quality-driven environment, with a strong focus on performance and value creation. It is facing key challenges related to scaling operations, optimising processes and tight control of profitability.

At a pivotal stage of its development, the company is seeking to appoint its Chief Executive Officer to accelerate structuring efforts and support an ambitious and controlled growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the shareholders, you will assume full responsibility for the company and act as the architect of transformation, performance and scale-up.

Your key responsibilities include :
  • Defining and executing the mid-term growth strategy
  • Driving overall financial performance (P&L, margins, cash flow, investments)
  • Structuring and optimising industrial and operational processes
  • Building and professionalising the procurement function, securing supply chains and diversifying the supplier base
  • Leading, aligning and developing operational and support teams around clear and measurable objectives
  • Implementing effective governance, robust management tools and shareholder-level reporting
  • Supporting the company through a significant scale-up phase (volumes, organisation, systems, standards)
Profile

We are primarily looking for a transformation-driven leader, rather than a sector specialist.

  • Top-tier higher education (engineering degree, business school or equivalent)
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial, operational or process-intensive environments
  • Strong procurement expertise, including structuring, negotiation and supply security
  • Background as CEO, COO within a growing SME or mid-sized company, ideally under strong profitability constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage field teams, complex flows, significant volumes and demanding quality standards
  • Strong results-oriented mindset, natural leadership and a proven ability to structure, transform and scale an organisation
