Purpose

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a driven and strategically-minded Digital and Product Marketing Manager to support the global growth of our Smart Biometrics business line. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on enhancing our brand presence, enabling product adoption, and driving stakeholder engagement through coordinated digital and content marketing efforts.

Reporting to marketing leadership, this individual will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across digital communications, product marketing development, and competitive intelligence dissemination. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing acumen with a proactive, collaborative mindset to help position IDEMIA Public Security as the global leader in biometric innovation.

Key Missions

Digital Communications and Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content calendar for customer-facing, internal, and technical newsletters, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee social media planning and content execution, primarily on LinkedIn, to reinforce Smart Biometrics market leadership and product excellence.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics; identify trends and optimize future communications accordingly.
  • Lead the management of the Digimind platform to track competitor moves, emerging market signals, and industry trends.
  • Curate strategic intelligence briefings for senior product and business stakeholders, enabling data-informed decision-making.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing and competitive intelligence functions.

Product Marketing Content Development & Go to market development

  • Partner with Product Managers to develop robust marketing collateral—brochures, white papers, one-pagers, presentations, and customer-facing content—that clearly communicate product value propositions.
  • Translate technical specifications into compelling narratives tailored to key audiences : government stakeholders, commercial partners, and internal sales teams.
  • Uphold brand consistency, positioning accuracy, and tone-of-voice across all assets.
  • Define product positioning and messaging
  • Plan and execute product launches
  • Equip Sales Team with right tools (sales enablement materials)
  • Support Demand generation
  • Equip Positioning and massaging, plan and execute product launches, sales enablement materials, optimizing messaging across channels

Profile & Other Information

  • 5 -10 years of experience in B2B digital and product marketing, preferably within high-tech, public sector, or security industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel communications campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing editorial calendars, content pipelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as newsletter / email automation platforms, and market intelligence systems (e.g., Digimind).
  • Exceptional written communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Additional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or layout / design tools is highly advantageous.
  • Proactive and confident in engaging with Product Managers and cross-functional teams; takes initiative to identify content opportunities and drive the creation of high-impact marketing assets in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency (C1) in English is mandatory.
