Overview

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Digital Change Leader (f/m) to join our Public Safety and Security (PSS) Entity based in Elancourt, France.

PSS develops, markets, delivers and maintains secure communication solutions.

You will be part of the Transformation Office department supporting the business transformation with digital capabilities, improves company performance and drives culture transformation.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the success of business digital transformations by ensuring human and cultural aspects of change are proactively integrated and consistently addressed in Business Digital Transformation initiatives (new strategy, new organization, new project, new tool, new mindset, new posture, new ways of working, digital & data driven environment) at all levels of the company. Contributing to creating a company culture which is embracing change.
