Your role

We are looking for a Demand & Distribution wearable and sun Stream Leader (on lenses) who will oversee this new category on those 2 functions. Role is global, based in Creteil.

Main responsibilities

• Gather & Consolidate wearable and Sun demand, Stock, Plano and Rx, by region
• Build strong connections with Wearable, Frame & Complete pairs demand & distribution team.
• Align top down demand ambitions with each regions and each market, again for Plano and Rx.
• Ensure demand planning is properly set in demand or replenishment planning systems, updated (right codification, right volume, sales / source)
• Track & report Actual Rx volume per region & job type
• Forecast Rx Wearables volume with regional / job type granularity
• Control that inventories are well set, well sized vs demand, for Rx & Stock / plano needs
• Drive status review (sales, stock, supply mass and rx) with all stakeholders
• For both demand and distribution, Set, update and review KPIs on a daily / weekly / monthly basis

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years within Supply Chain & Projects fields
• Lens Supply chain knowledge is a major plus
• Knowledge of demand & / or distribution planning tools
• 5 years knowledge minimum in industrial environment
• Strong expertise in Data analytics (well advanced in Excel minimum)
• Ability to communicate and restitute vertical & horizontal
• Ability to work in project mode, pulling resources from other departments
• Align with other departments (production, finance mainly)
