JOB DESCRIPTION

At the heart of the project’s strategic challenges, you will handle the vision of the Data team, guide its impact within the studio, and contribute to fostering a strong data culture locally, turning it into a true creative and decision-making driver.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management & organization: Lead the team (Data Analyst and Data Scientist), distribute workload, ensure team well-being, and support talent development
  • Internal recommendations: Collaborate with various stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production, etc.) to analyze gameplay mechanics and collected data. Deliver tailored recommendations and effectively communicate insights by translating analyses into clear, actionable takeaways to support creative and strategic decisions
  • Vision & strategy: Define and champion the vision of the Data team, in line with the studio’s and the market’s priorities
  • Collaboration & outreach: Represent the team internally and externally, and promote the data culture (locally, with other entities, and at a regional level)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in managing data teams
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, DataBricks, and Excel
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing recommendation systems
  • Initial experience in the video game industry
  • Fluent written and spoken English
