Job Description:

Pluxee is embarking on a significant digital transformation and growth initiative, revising its commercial processes, tools, and KPIs. The PLX Data organization has adopted a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) structure, where Data Spokes are teams across multiple countries supporting business operations with reporting, analysis, and advanced insights to predict client, merchant, or consumer behaviors.

Reporting to the Global Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Governance Manager will be a key member of the Global Data Hub, responsible for defining and implementing the data governance framework, including tools, policies, processes, and Data Ownership and Stewardship structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy the Data Governance Framework: Define scope, policies, and organize governance activities including appointing Data Owners & Stewards globally and locally.
• Design and implement a Common Data Model: Create a logical data model covering all Pluxee products and processes, validate through workshops, and ensure compatibility across countries.
• Lead the Data Governance community: Facilitate community activities, train teams on data catalog usage, and support data quality initiatives.
• Manage Data Catalog: Oversee tool administration, monitor usage metrics, and ensure proper documentation and feature implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• 8-10 years of IT/Data experience, including 2-3 years in a data governance role.
• Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and classification.
• Experience with data management technologies, data modeling, and integration.
• Proven ability to develop processes, roles, and responsibilities for data governance and quality assurance.
• Experience in logical data model design and implementation.
• Familiarity with data catalog tools (e.g., MS Purview) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to new technologies.
• Fluent in English.
