Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP.
• Conversant with technical integrations and solutions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide assistance to customers with post-sales training.

Connaissances

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Strong understanding of DNS and NFS

Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN

Experience with encryption and authentication technologies
