With 170+ partner municipalities and rapid growth in France, we're looking for a Sales & Customer Success Intern to support our growth journey.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities

On a given day, as a Customer success, Sales and Marketing Apprentice, you will:

  • Support the CS team with client onboarding, follow-up, and support.
  • Help resolve user questions and elevate issues to the product team in Germany.
  • Assist the sales team with prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and quarterly OKRs.
  • Support sales & marketing in organizing trade shows, events, and field campaigns.

2. Showcase Your Skills (45 mins): Meet Hervé, our France Sales Director, Thibaud, our Senior Customer Success Manager and Paul, our Marketing & Communications Manager for a session where you will present a practical case to demonstrate your Customer Success skills.

3. Leadership Chat (15 mins): Meet Birgit, VP Sales and Customer Success, conducted in English or German

4. Team Meet: A chance to meet the team either virtually or in person, based on availability.

💰 What We Offer:
