This role offers the opportunity to live and work in Greece with full relocation support including flights and temporary accommodation. Role Overview:
  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
  • Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent/C2 French + B2 English proficiency
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to relocate to Greece
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • EU passport or Greek residency card (must have)
  • Relocation package includes: flight, ~2 weeks hotel, airport transfer, housing support
  • Full-time contract
