Une entreprise internationale de produits d'hygiène recherche un Responsable Activation Marketing Client en France. Le candidat idéal aura un Master en Business et au moins 3 ans d'expérience en marketing ou ventes. Le rôle implique la gestion des plans commerciaux pour les clients et la collaboration avec les équipes globales. Customer Marketing Activation Manager (M / F)

Tork is a brand of the Essity Group which offers hygiene products to professionals through generalist or specialized (B2B) distributors: from restaurants to healthcare establishments including offices schools and industries.

Among other things we sell dispensers hand towels toilet paper soaps napkins wiping paper reels and non-woven cleaning cloths.

Tork has become a leader in the professional hygiene market, thanks to its expertise in hygiene and its functional range.

About the Role

Following the evolution of our employees within the company we are offering Customer Marketing Activation Manager positions within the France Tork marketing business unit in our Saint‑Ouen office.

This position depends on the Europe s zone.

As Customer Marketing Activation Manager France you report to a Customer Marketing Manager and interact on a daily basis with French teams (sales, customer services, controlling, pricing, logistics) and international teams working on Tork around the world.

This is a key role within the Tork Business Unit considering that Customer Marketing is the only marketing unit in contact with the customer and at Essity the customer is central.

What You Will Do
  • Act as responsible for strategic customers for the French market.
    • Recommend and activate Omnichannel Joint Business Plans (Online and Offline) including management of promotions, product launches and product renovations.
    • Create, execute and analyze omnichannel plans and campaigns (online and offline) you will suggest to your customers.
    • Analyze the assortment of our customers and make recommendations together with the KAM or the Account Manager.
    • Secure the development of material for each client: catalogs, brochures, POS leaflets, advertising web banners, Tork training tools, organization of specific exhibitions for them, etc.
    • Organize regular meetings with them to follow up the campaigns and diagnose the actions carried out to offer them a future strategy based on relevant analysis (customer trips to be planned approximately once a month).
  • Have a key role with European and the International teams within the Tork Business Unit.
    • Transcribe and coordinate the implementation of Tork global plans for each client.
    • Exchange regularly with European and global marketing to be aware of future strategies, contribute to its construction, develop tools and bring up needs coming from the customers.
    • Participate in European and international projects (distributor incentive, customer training projects, product launches, event organization, etc.).
  • Have a key role in France with the Tork sales force.
    • Work closely with the Sales Force and Sales Managers to build the right tools for sales.
    • Participate in the organization of sales seminars in France and write the quarterly sales roadmap to transcribe the Tork World strategy at best locally.
    • Drive Tork Awareness across customers organizing face‑to‑face or digital events on different topics (sustainability, hand hygiene, etc.).
    • Work with Controlling and the Executive Committee to ensure the consistency of the prices of the range.
    • Review the budget, monitor it in collaboration with Controlling and Accounting.
Who You Are

Master Degree in Business

Ideally 3 years of work experience (at best in marketing or sales/BtoB or BtoC).

You have an analytical spirit (Power BI, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus).

You have a desire to manage projects in full autonomy.

You love to work with different teams.

You are fluent in French and English.

You are motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
