You will handle customer claims, lead quality topics, and implement improvement methodologies. The role requires a Master’s degree in Quality or Engineering, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and strong technical skills in problem-solving and quality standards. Proficiency in English and French is essential.

Your Profile as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• Technical skills: Problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), audit techniques, and automotive quality standards.
• Tools : Microsoft 365
• Languages: Advanced English & French. German is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills
