Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Create and optimize customer segmentation and automation flows to drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant email marketing and privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Klaviyo
• Proven experience managing automated email flows and segmentation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in email design, including the ability to create visually appealing templates.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization.
