At Wallbox we’re looking for a Country Sales Manager France who will own the market strategy, lead the local team, and drive strong growth across our AC and DC portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the French go-to-market strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Drive revenue growth across AC (channel-driven) and DC (project-driven) businesses.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team (KAMs, AEs, CSMs, Channel Managers).
  • Manage key French accounts (utilities, CPOs, fleets, public sector) and support in critical negotiations.
  • Represent Wallbox in front of government agencies, industry associations, and major events.
  • Deliver market insights (competition, policy, customer needs) to HQ to shape our global strategy.
Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years in B2B sales in France (energy, infrastructure, or EV charging preferred).
  • Proven track record scaling a business in France, building teams and channels.
  • Strong experience in complex, tender-based deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with C-level and public sector.
  • Native French & fluent English (other European languages are a plus).
